Ready to take the next step? Our Risk-Free Priority Reservation Program makes it easy and safe. Your deposit is refundable at your option.

Step 1 – Sign Up

Fill out the Priority Reservation form. Sign and fax or mail it to us.

Step 2 – Escrow your Deposit

Send in your $10,000 deposit to a secure escrow account with Hervey and Hervey, in Raleigh, North Carolina. This deposit will not be touched. You can withdraw it at any time should you change your mind about your Priority Reservation at La Capilla.

Step 3 – Lock in your Reservation Number

You will receive a Priority Reservation number, which provides you with the opportunity to select a homesite at La Capilla in the future. Those that get the earliest reservation numbers will have first choice of available homesites.

Step 4 – Watch, Listen and Learn

Sit back and watch La Capilla come to life, knowing it will be your seaside home when you are ready! Once we begin construction, your lot will be ready within 10 months.

Step 5 – Purchase your Homesite

30 days before your lot is ready, we’ll let you know so that we can begin to arrange for your purchase.
